This puzzle is inspired by Shrödinger's famous cat paradox, a thought experiment designed to illustrate how quantum mechanics can give contradictory results when applied to everyday situations.
Locked up in a box with poison, the cat could find itself both dead and alive.

In this puzzle, which lends itself to being played by 1 or 2 players, nothing is left to chance; each clue leads to only one completely logical solution.
