DELIVERY AND ORDER PROCESSING

GOODS are stocked in Italy, Turin.

DELIVERIES:

• The order received is normally prepared for shipping within 1 working day
• Deliveries with international express courier DHL/UPS take place within 1-3 working days after shipping*.
• You can always choose a DHL Express Worldwide 24 hours delivery in order to recieve the next day after shipment. A special price will be calculated in the Cart or during the Checkout.
• Deliveries to smaller locations, hamlets and Islands normally take place within 2-5 working days*.
• Deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, festivities, sudden strikes and other force majeure conditions.
• As soon as the parcel is sent, you will receive the confirmation mail; you can as for the shipping code by e-mail if it does not arrive automatically.

 

* THESE DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEDD FROM THE 10th TO THE 20th OF AUGUST AND FROM THE 25th OF NOVEMBER TO THE 31st OF DECEMBER; IN THESE PERIODS, EXPRESS COURIERS ARE OVERLOADED WITH WORK, AND DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE LONGER (1-4 WORKING DAYS).

DELIVERIES DURING CHRISTMAS:

From the 1stto the 24th of December deliveries may be delayed. Parcels will be delivered within 3-7 days after your order is placed. 

WE ADVISE YOU TO MAKE YOUR CHRISTMAS GIFTS IN ADVANCE.

The 24^th and the 31^st of December deliveries will take place only in the morning. Shipments departing on the 24th of December will ship on the 27th and will follow the times set by the selected service (1-2 working days); shipments departing on the 31th of December will ship on the 2nd of January.

If you Invoice and ship outside of European Union you don't need to pay Italian VAT.

WARNINGS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

In some rare cases, the shipping outside of the Europe Union may be a subject for in additional Duties, taxes, VAT, etc to be paid in arrival country. We invite you to search more information in the internet or contact your local Customs office or our basic forwardes DHL/UPS in your country to be sure whether the taxes for Import are due or not. In some cases (big order or big weight or just the country restrictions) there're to pay VAT, duties and the courier's additionals.

TERMS OF PURCHASE BY CREDIT CARD:

NB: The buyer will have to communicate his data, including a phone number. If shipping data is not complete, we are not responsible in any way for delays in goods delivery. Any delays in shipping the order will be communicated by the buyer within 12 hours.

In case of bank transfer up to 50 EUR, we will ship the goods as soon as we receive the payment receipt by e-mail. In case of bank transfer over 50 EUR, the shipment will take place as soon as we receive payment confirmation from our bank: 1-3 days.

PRICES:

All prices are VAT inclusive. European private customers will pay local VAT according to OSS scheme. The local VAT rate will be adjusted in the Checkout once you insert your Country.
Extra EU customers recieve a discount of the italian VAT (about -18% from a Total price of products) once Logged In and set Invoice and Shipping address. 

*If you're a EU Customer you may notice that the prices may decrease or increase once you set you Billing Address. This happening due to different VAT rates in different EU countries. Once you set you Billing and Shipping addresses, the price may be recalculated depending on the country of your residence (billing), and then you will note of the drop in Prices (if the VAT in your country is less than 22%) or Price increase (if the VAT in your country is higher than italian 22%).

INVOICE REQUEST

The Invoice or Receipt can be downloaded in your Customer's Area, in the Order menu. If you download the document other than the Invoice(IT, BE, AUT, NL, PT...) you can request the Tax Invoice by e-mail. Shipments outside the European Union are accompanied by a printed Invoice attached to the package

European business customers (not Italy) can request to be exempted from Italian VAT and then receive the VAT refund of the taxes paid in the order, providing their intra-community VAT number and the full name of the company

ATTENTION: the European VAT number must be registered on the European books of buyers IntraCEE-VIES! If the company is incorporated outside of EU, just company data will be enough.

GOODS DELIVERY AND RESPONSABILITY

Goods are shipped with pre-payed bill  and any risk of damage is due to a shipper. Upon delivery, customers must verify the integrity and number of parcels, and, if the purchase is damaged or tampered with, immediately file a claim with the courier. In case of tampering, damages, shortages, etc. it will be the responsibility of the recipient, before collecting the goods and in presence of the courier, to draw up a regular report of acceptance of any irregularities found and damages suffered.

In case of lack of pieces or other discrepancies, the recipient must report it in the same accompanying document and confirm it to the sender, within 7 days by e-mail or recorded-delivery letter with advice of receipt.

Shipments not collected or returned to the sender without prior authorization from the sender will be charged to the customer, who will have to pay the shipping costs.

Discrepancies beyond above mentioned terms will not be taken into account. In each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what declared.

In the event of Categories unrests (public transportation blocks, strikes, impediments to normal road traffic, force majeure) delivery times cannot be respected with no responsibility of the sender. Revenge actions against the sender are, therefore, null and void.

WARRANTY

The warranty for all products sold is limited due to the product particularity and fragility. The items shall be tested as soon as received and any damages or defects shall be notified to Logica Giochi's Customer service within 14 days after product delivery. All claims received after this period will not be a subject to any action, refund, repairing or replacement

However, for some products, the warranty period may be extended, but this can not be specified immediately. The customer is free to inform the Customer Service about the problem discovered, but after 14 days Logica Giochi Srl is free to accept or deny it.

ON-LINE PURCHASE. LEGAL NOTICES

 By purchasing on-line, the buyer signs a supply contract that obliges the seller to send goods ordered within the pre-established time frame and the buyer to pay it according to the method chosen during the order process, except for unavailability, computer errors or different agreements.

At the time of shipment the sales Invoice is issued with the tax code and the VAT number indicated in the order form, which corresponds to the receipt of the stipulated contract.

The contract can be terminated before shipping, but a fast notice is required:1 hour after the order transmission during working days or over weekdays.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, CartaSi, PostePay) or prepaid Card via safe PayPal connection or bank transfer in advance. In the event that the ordered goods are no longer available and the payment already executed, we won’t have to return the agreed amount of money but will recommend an exchange with similar products.

SHIPMENT

LOGICA company offers express delivery by courier DHL/UPS/DPD/TNT with pre-established time frame.

The LOGICA company cannot issue any guarantee of delivery times as the transit of goods do not depends on it but on the express courier and its collaborators.

The LOGICA company exempts itself from any responsibility for delays caused by congestion at courier sorting points (Hub). Therefore, the customer must always pay the total shipping even if the parcel has arrived with a delay not attributable to the company.

RIGHT OF RETURN

According to the European law 185/99 (consumer protection in contracts at a distance) the customer right of withdrawal can be exercised no later than 7 days from the receipt of ordered goods.

The right of withdrawal lies exclusively with the client - final consumer who buys for purposes unrelated to his economic and work activity and that, therefore, buys by communicating his personal data and tax code to the supplier. Products purchased can be returned with full refund of the amount paid, with the exception of shipping costs for the return itself. Goods must be returned intact, packaging included. The return must be made exclusively through the express courier indicated at time of the authorization request.

GENERAL SHIPMENT INFORMATION

Shipment must be made through express courier DHL/UPS/FedEx/DPD or Post

Shipping time is on average 2-4 working days, although there may be delays in the islands and in locations far from urban centers.

Postal delivery may take 5-60 days, depends on the distance from Italy, service type, pandemic situation, revolutions, strikes, natural events or othe major force elements

We always notify the customer with an email the day the package is shipped.

During festivities, long weekends and extraordinary events delivery times may become longer.

Warnings for shipments out of European Union:

Dear Customer
If the shipment is out of Italy, the importing of a goods may cause some additional taxes, like local VAT or taxes. Please contact us by mail if you're not sure what kind of taxes may be applied. 
This is not important in case of EU shiopment.

We can't ship with Express Couriers to this countries: Russian Federation, Ukraine*

*Postal shipping is still possible, but may take much longer type than expected
