THE LEGEND
The game was invented in 1883 by Édouard Lucas who popularized the game under the pseudonym of N. Claus de Siam, mandarin of the Li-Sou-Stian college. The legend that in a Hindu temple some monks are constantly striving to move 64 gold discs on three diamond columns according to the rules of the Tower of Hanoi, was invented by the company that first marketed the puzzle. Legend has it that when the monks complete the job, the world will end.
AIM OF THE GAME
To complete the view proposed by this ancient puzzle, you will have to move the discs from the starting pole to the other, one at a time, in descending order, to rebuild the Tower of Hanoi.
Using a different number of discs, you will change the difficulty of the challenge: from EASY to EXTREME.
Inside the package completely in wood and complete with lid you will find:
- 3 wooden poles to be installed in the base
- 9 wooden discs
- a booklet with Indian legend and game instructions
